5. Properties: White or off-white powder, non-toxic and non-corrosive. Soluble in dilute acid, slightly soluble in water and ethanol, easy to be damp in the air.
6. Uses: Used as a food-grade additive, nutrient and saline laxative. This product is widely used in medicine and plays an important role in regulating the neuromuscular activity of the heart and the conversion of sugar into energy. It is also necessary for the metabolism of vitamin C.
